Pancreatic Cancer

This study is for males and females age 18 years or older  diagnosed with Metastatic ductal adenocarcinoma of the pancreas less than 4 months prior to enrollment. Locally advanced ductal adenocarcinoma of the pancreas diagnosed less than 3 months prior to enrollment. Patients after non-curative surgery are eligible if at least 4 weeks after surgery. You will have an equal chance (like the flip of a coin) of receiving either an IV infusion of chemotherapy drug OR both chemotherapy drug  and study drug.
